Designed for educators currently using the TI-83 Plus or TI-84 Plus family of graphing calculators, this workshop explores how to use the TI-84-Plus CE graphing calculator to engage students in inquiry and exploration across a high school science curriculum.
Learn how to effectively use color to help students distinguish relationships and make stronger connections between concepts in biology, chemistry and physics. Collect and analyze data with hands-on explorations that use data-collection sensors and the Vernier EasyData™ app. Use on-screen background images to make real-world connections, and learn effective strategies for integrating TI Connect™ CE software and TI-SmartView™ CE emulator software into your classroom.
This in-person workshop is available in one- and two-day options to accommodate educator-specific needs. A half-day workshop option is also available. The two-day workshop offers a more extensive exploration of topics. A virtual workshop is also available in multiple two- or three-hour sessions.
